Meaningful Crisis Leadership: Building a Healthy School Community
Résumé
The following paper outlines a plan to support administrators in developing as crisis leaders, that
uses the Meaningful Physical Education features (Beni et al., 2017; Fletcher et al., 2021), the Crisis
Management and Leadership Framework (Urick et al., 2021) and the steps for building a healthy
school community (Alberta Health Services, 2024). Bringing these frameworks together can help
school administration prepare and lead for crisis situations.
