This article focuses on the efficiency of Team Pentathlon, a program made to promote regular physical activity for youth. During nine weeks, the program was set up with 104 students Quebec from elementary schools from three different socioeconomics origins. Control groups served to compare the implantation of Team Pentathlon. Results show that Team Pentathlon was effective because physical activity levels grew for the participants despite gender or socioeconomics considerations. Most of the students during the study were minimally active (77%). These results are higher than surveys of youth physical activity. This study proposes interesting perspectives for the development of intervention strategies based on the individual management of physical activity.
